In collaboration with the National Union of Small Electrical Enterprises, the research group has established a technical working group aimed at studying the current status of electrical systems in these islands and investigating the best solutions for integrating renewable energy generation. A central part of the study is the analysis of the regulatory context, specifically the methods by which both renewable and non-renewable resources should be managed to ensure appropriate values of quality and operational reliability.
A public presentation is scheduled for enf of Jnuary or February 2026.
